This statement explains how the Rotorua Basketball Association (RBA) website handles personal information.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email or through our enquiry form, we use the details you give us to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information.

Feedback form

Feedback sent through our feedback form is received by Netlify, our website host, and emailed to the RBA staff and volunteers who look after our leagues, representative teams and referees. Your name and email are optional; if you give them, we only use them to reply to you. Netlify keeps a copy of submissions for us.

Third-party services

• GameDay: draw, results and ladder links open GameDay's website, which has its own privacy policy.
• Facebook: our Facebook feed only loads after you choose to show it. If you ask us to remember that choice, it is stored in your browser and you can turn it off at any time.
• Instagram feed (Juicer): our home page shows recent Instagram posts using Juicer, a social feed service. When that section comes into view, your browser connects to Juicer, which counts that the feed was viewed.
• Social media links: links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those services.

Apart from Juicer's feed view count, this website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
