I serve as a board member of the Rotorua Basketball Association, driven by a strong commitment to developing our people and growing the game in a way that creates real pathways for our rangatahi.

My background spans over two decades in broadcasting, communications, and content production, alongside my work in basketball as a coach and mentor. I currently work within Te Arawa Whānau Ora, where my focus is on engagement, storytelling, and strengthening connections across our community.

In basketball, my passion sits in player development, building culture, and helping young people reach their potential — not just as athletes, but as people. I bring a strategic and community-focused lens to governance, with a focus on visibility, systems, and creating opportunities that are sustainable and impactful.

For me, this mahi is about legacy — building something strong now that our next generation can step into and take even further.
